Occasionally… no. Everybody gets a free Shameless Plug now and then. If it’s every week, though? Obnoxious. Proof they’re just here for the popularity and will eventually be the downfall of Tumblr.
That’s accurate. There are certain tumblrs (photojojo, legos, meinmyplace) that are just shameless about it. A little humility would go a long way.

I’ve come to hate Tuesdays on tumblr. It’s just people begging to be recommended. I recommend people plenty, but never because they ask me to. Does anyone else think that’s really obnoxious?
